CCMI began its pursuit of excellence in 2004, when the need for higher standards in the construction industry was realized. As a commercial general contractor, CCMI has quickly become a specialist for retail, and church construction. We have worked with owners, developers and church staffs to assist in many aspects of the construction process including value engineering designs. Through our expertise and desire to help each of our clients, we have kept building projects on track and in some cases revived projects that seemed out of reach.

Since our inception we have held an electrical license and in 2008 we added a mechanical license. Holding these licenses and self-performing these scopes has allowed us to keep costs down for the customers. Our division managers are experts in their respective trades, bringing years of experience and knowledge.

Early 2009, CCMI made three strategic alliances that will help us with our mission as we continually seek to help our clients with more than a building.

BGW Services is a network of services to help build churches and Christian schools and bring significant savings. Services include vision casting, funding solutions, architecture, engineering, supply, and construction.

In 2004, we completed a monolithic dome which serves as Legacy Church’s 2500+ seat auditorium. In 2009 we became a member of the Monolithic Dome Institute.
