At CCMI safety is more than a philosophy. Our first priority, above all else, is to ensure that all employees and job site visitors return safely home each night. We realize that our employees are our most valuable asset and take the steps to ensuring they stay that way. Each employee takes full ownership of personal safety along with the safety of those around them.

Complacency is our greatest enemy when it comes to safety. We employee a full time safety inspector that continually evaluates safety policy and industry standards, making certain that we are always at the forefront in safety.

Our safety program also includes:

• Comprehensive training programs that educate our employees on jobsite expectations and teach them onsite application of safety procedures.
• An alcohol-free and drug-free environment through mandatory drug and alcohol testing of our employees prior to their employment and again through random screenings throughout the year.
• Weekly communication with our employees about various safety topics and a hazard communication program that provides on-demand access about jobsite materials or chemicals.

CCMI Construction’s safety program complies with all federal, state and local regulations, with emphasis on the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) requirements for construction operations.
